Z\u00e1kladem se udr\u017eovat na hranici aerobn\u00edho prahu. To je stav, kdy b\u011bh\u00e1me v tepov\u00e9 frekvenci kolem 150 tep\u016f za minutu a t\u011blo tedy spaluje tuky m\u00edsto cukr\u016f. Jestli pob\u011b\u017e\u00edme p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle t\u011blo bere rychlou energii a tu najdeme jedin\u011b v cukrech. Takov\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt achillovky n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee prov\u00e1zet po zbytek \u017eivota.
